We Use Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class delivery, you can select your option at checkout.
Most of our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If you need your order on or by a specific date please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
All sales are final and non refundable.
We put a lot of time and attention when preparing your gift. We take great care in ensuring your gifts arrive in the same condition as they left us. If, unfortunately there has been damage to your items in transit, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. and we will do our very best to make it right for you. Please note products and packaging may shift during transit, which is not considered damage or defect.
